Bedroom, bathroom with shower and a toilet are on the first floor, living and dining room, kitchen and a second toilet on the ground floor.
The garden can be used.

Non-smokers and no pets only please.

If the rental period is not full months, the monthly rent will be calculated pro rata.

There are good bus connections to Kiel. The nearest bus stop is approx. 200m from the apartment. It is approx. 1km to Flintbek train station. Trains run from Flintbek towards Kiel and Neumünster. Flintbek can be easily reached by car via the A215
