The modern new apartment

Two terraces invite you to relax after work or during a Sunday breakfast. One terrace is located at the front, towards the enclosed inner courtyard. The second terrace borders directly on the canal, so you can look out over the water.
The house has its own SUP harbor with stand-up paddling water access.
There is a shared room in the house for storing the boards. A lockable indoor bicycle cellar with elevator can also be used.
Another "secret" basement room is assigned to the apartment: This can be accessed through a bookcase that can be opened with a chip.
An underground parking space suitable for SUVs can be rented for €200.00.
